It's a demijohn! Which is funny, because mt friend Bailey's relatives make wine and he always asks if I use "demijohns" when making wine. I use "carboys" so I always thought they were one in the same. But I guess not! So now I can say "yes, I use demijohns!" :)
I'm going to have to try brewing cider when I get back. I'm sitting in a pub in London right now and just drank a pint of cider, and I think I'd like to have more.
